Join us for the first Coffee Coven, a gathering for alternative folks from all walks of life hosted by the creators of Ignite Dance Party here in Cape May County NJ. Our goal is to provide a safe space for community to grow.

There is no charge for admission, however we ask you please order a drink and/or food, and tip well to support our gracious hosts!

If the weather is comfortable outside we may setup in the patio area so we can bring our own music, but if it's cool/rainy we will be inside. Look for the table with a resin skull on it to know you have the right group!
Fancy dress and goth glam are more than welcome, but in no way required.

Where is the event?

The event will be held in the social hall located behind the firehouse, the same location as the Ocean View Trail of Terror.

Am I welcome? / What does "Radically Inclusive" mean?

Ignite is a radically inclusive event, as long as you are 21+, respectful of others, and follow the golden rule (Don't be an ***hole), you are welcome!

How should I dress?

You do you! Want to stomp around in goth boots and fishnets, your finest gothic ballroom dress, your best witches finery, a full fursuit, a band shirt and jeans? Awesome! Just please ensure no naughty bits are showing.

Will there be food?

Hit The Road Jack's food truck will be present, we will have sodas and NA drinks for sale, and a free water station to keep the dance floor hydrated.

What is this about the Autumnal Equinox?

What is the parking situation?

There is a large free parking lot on site. Please be sure not to block the firehouse in the front of the property. In the event the lot fills, you may park across the street on Ocean View Drive and carefully cross Rt. 9

Will there be tickets at the door?

There will be tickets at the door via cash, card, or venmo as long as we do not sell out. Please keep an eye on https://www.facebook.com/IgniteDanceParty for any notifications of a sell out.

Is there public transportation?

Unfortunately our area is not well served by NJ transit, the nearest bus stop is the Ocean View (Bruce Willis) Service area on the Garden State Parkway. From there you will need an Uber/Lyft or a ride from a friend for the last 1.6 miles as there is no safe walking trail from the rest stop to Rt. 9.
